College Lesson Learned #17

#17- Facebook is the second easiest way to procrastinate. YouTube takes first.


College students, you know this is extremely true. If I have ever said something true, this would be it. You know that when you have a paper due you have to check your email, then twitter and then Facebook. When you go on Facebook the time you know you shouldn't be on there, there are maybe three or four comments that you're tagged in, but there are always a few videos and pictures that have been posted and you must look at all of them. 


Ideally, you would then get off and work on your paper or project, but oh no. You don't. The video of the guilty dog reminds you of the one video of the sad, talking dog. Of course then you post that video on everyone's wall, and watch related videos and you go on Imgur... next thing you know it's 2:11am and you haven't started that 4-6 page paper for your English class.


Moral: Use Facebook and Youtube sparingly. Or start your paper and reward yourself so then at least you got something accomplished.
